More about me

I'm a trained behavioral neuroscientist interested in individual and environmental health and wellness, and recently, have realized that my interests fall within the emergent field of ecopsychology, which explores the relationship between environmental issues and mental health and well-being. Though the "right" choices are commonly known, frequently people follow the path of least resistance, which often leads to unhealthy choices, behaviors, and habits. I believe through a simple reframing of mindset, the healthiest choices can become both easy and right. I seek to explore this relationship in issues related to food, health, exercise, sustainability and environment through this blog. I'm passionate about helping others create a healthier life and sustainable future through small but forward-moving steps to protect and preserve our planet and our individual wellness.
